We head to Norfolk for the annual Sandringham Flower Show, one of the most prestigious horticultural events in England. We also enjoy time to explore Norwich and a visit to Blicking Hall, a Jacobean mansion thought to be the birthplace of Anne Boleyn.

Sandringham Flower

Undoubtedly the highlight of this tour is a full day at the Sandringham Flower Show, attracting thousands of visitors each year including a visit from the royals. This unique event offers display gardens by leading gardeners, approximately 200 trade stands, and the wonderful Royal marquees displaying the competitions in vegetables, fruits flowers, and floral art.

Blickling Hall

This morning we enjoy a visit to National Trust's Blickling, a breathtaking Jacobean mansion and ancient yew hedges sitting in the beautiful Bure meadows. You will have access to the House and its significant collections, which include the most prestigious book collection held by the National Trust, containing 12,500 volumes. Surrounding the house is the beautiful formal garden, the result of three centuries of inspired planting. This afternoon we enjoy some free time in Norwich,the capital city of Norfolk. Don't miss the medieval Norwich Cathedral, a Romanesque building with ornate cloisters. Two imposing gates, St. Ethelbert's and Erpingham, lead to the Tombland area, once a Saxon marketplace.
