Your seat(s) must be paid for in full at the time of booking on order to guarantee your booking. Provisional bookings can be made and held for one week subject to availability. Accepted forms of pre-payment are cash, cheque, debit card, or bank transfer, and upon completion of your booking, you will be issued with a booking confirmation which acts as your travel document for your chosen excursion.
All excursions operate subject to a minimum number of passengers. If minimum numbers are not achieved, the excursion may be cancelled and in this instance, a full refund issued. However, if you wish to cancel a day excursion, please note the following:
If you cancel your excursion and it incurs costs which G-Line have paid in advance for (i.e. theatre ticket, train ticket, or similar):

If you cancel your day excursion where there are other inclusive costs (i.e. cruise, afternoon tea, or similar):

If you cancel your day excursion where there are no inclusive costs incurred:

Whilst every effort is made to adhere to the proposed itinerary, sometimes small changes are unavoidable, and we reserve the right to make them where necessary. Where a significant change is necessary, all customers will be notified prior to departure and given the option of continuing with the excursion or accepting an alternative.
Pick-up times are clearly printed on your confirmation/travel ticket and coaches will depart pick up points promptly. No refund will be issued in the event of a passengers missing an excursion due to poor timekeeping. The return times advertised are for guidance only and the company shall not be liable for loss or additional expense caused by delay resulting from events beyond its control.
You are responsible for your behaviour and hygiene and the effect it may have on others. If you or any other member of your party is abusive, disruptive or has a detrimental effect on the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately. In some cases, this could be with no further liability or obligation to you. For the safety and comfort of all, we request that the use of mobile telephones is kept to a minimum. All coaches are non-smoking and this includes the use of E Cigarette Products.
Important: Due to Health & Safety of all, it is a condition of carriage that all passengers travelling are physically and mentally capable of boarding and alighting our vehicles unaided.
The price of your excursion will not be subjected to any surcharges except those arising from the price of fuel, third party supplier costs and taxes (including the rate of VAT). If this means the total cost of your excursion increases by more than 8% then you are entitled to cancel your excursion and receive a full refund of all monies paid.
We will communicate the options with you either through email or letter, with a reminder if necessary. If you exercise the right to cancel, we must receive notice within 10 days of the date of the surcharge invoice.
We would be delighted to welcome your group on board one of our excursions. Please contact our office so that we can discuss availability and reserve a block of seats for you whilst you ascertain how many seats you require. Payments can be made individually or in one sum by the group leader. We are pleased to offer one free place for every 20 paying passengers.
To help us ensure you are choosing a suitable excursion, it is imperative that you advise us at the point of booking if you, or any of your party, have an existing medical condition, disability, limit in mobility or any specific or complex need, or anything that may or could affect the enjoyment of other passengers. If, in our reasonable opinion, your chosen excursion is not suitable, then we reserve the right to decline your booking. In some instances, we also reserve the right to request a doctors certificate confirming suitability to travel.
If any passenger requires personal assistance (for example, assistance with feeding, dressing, toileting, mobilising) then it is a condition of carriage that this passenger must travel with an able-bodied companion or carer as our staff are unable to provide such assistance.
We are happy to carry fold away walking aids and wheelchairs, however we must be advised of this at the point of booking. In the event that we are not advised, and the carriage of a mobility aid is not possible due to limitation on space, carriage will not be possible and in this instance, the booking will be treated as cancellation on the day by the client.
The carriage of Electric Mobility Scooters which are compact, lightweight and de-constructable, is subject to the size and weight (maximum 25kg) and will be discussed at the point of booking. Due to Health & Safety concerns, it may be the responsibility of the owner/owners travelling companion to load and unload any scooter if it is deemed by the driver to exceed specified weights.
