This entertaining break in the “Big County” emphasises all things Scottish. We include a visit to Glamis Castle and tour of Glenturret Distillery, washed down with fabulous fayre alongside nightly entertainment, varying from ceilidh to cabaret!
OUR HOTEL: Best Western Crianlarich Hotel, Perthshire
The independently owned Crianlarich Hotel stands in its namesake village on the fringe of the beautiful Breadalbane region of Perthshire. The hotel offers a Scottish Bar & Restaurant and Highland Lounge, which has been awarded AA Rosette. All bedrooms are en-suite and feature a TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. This hotel has a lift.
Highland Rover
Highland Rover - Don't miss this glorious day out into Perthshire. Our scenic route takes us first to Aberfeldy for a short break, and then along Loch Tay, stopping for a photo opportunity at Dochart Falls. We continue past Loch Earn towards Crieff, where we have included a guided tour of Glenturret Distillery, plus a couple of drams to see you on your way!

Glamis Castle - We take you to Glamis Castle and Gardens with included entrance. This impressive property has been the setting to many 'royal flings' and was the inspiration for Shakespeare's Macbeth!

Dundee - Enjoy some free time in Dundee, the city of 'jute, jam and journalism'! You may wish to do some shopping, have a tipple at one of the distilleries or visit Captain's Scott's RRS Discovery, where you can relive the hardships and triumphs of his remarkable trip to Antarctica.
