By Dickens, it’s nearly Christmas! This wonderful winter getaway to the county of Yorkshire includes a fabulous four star hotel the very best of the area’s festive activities, such as Harlow Carr’s dazzling ‘Glow’ event and a new excursion to Harewood House.
OUR HOTEL: Crown Hotel, Harrogate
The impressive 300 years old Crown Hotel stand sin Harrogate’s Montpellier Quarter just a few minutes’ walk from the major attractions, including the picturesque town centre with its fascinating antique shops, richly historic Victorian arcades. All bedrooms are en-suite and have TV, radio, telephone, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. This hotel has a lift.

The Grassington Dickensian Christmas Market that was previoulsy advertised has been permantly cancelled- we will be visiting St Nicholas Fair in York

Skipton Yuletide Festival - Experience Skipton's fabulous Christmas Market. Soak up the delightful ambience as you browse the food and gift stalls which run the full length of the high street, or enjoy a drink and bite to eat in the warmth of one of Skipton's quaint pubs.
B, DGlow at Harlow Carr
Glow at Harlow Carr - On one special evening you can witness the enchanting illuminations at Harlow Carr. As dusk falls, special lighting effects will wash a wave of colour and magic over the garden! Warming refreshments will be available from Betty's Café Takeaway and you will have the opportunity to browse for Christmas gifts at the Shop and Plant Centre.

Harewood House - We also include entry to Harewood, a stunning country house in West Yorkshire. See the opulent house and grounds, all 'dressed' up for the festive season, with ample free time to explore the estate and perhaps indulge in some shopping.
