Our Hotel: The Livermead House Hotel
Situated right on the sea front, the Livermead House offers a high level of service and has an enviable reputation for its cuisine. It boasts a restaurant, bar and leisure facilities including two outdoor swimming pools, squash court, fitness gym, sauna and solarium.
All rooms are en-suite and include television, telephone, radio, hairdryer and tea / coffee making facilities. The hotel has a lift but it does not service all rooms.
Coastal Tour
Coastal Tour - We spend a morning in the traditional seaside resort of Dawlish, offering a range of amusements and golden sand beach on its doorstep. After some time at leisure here, we continue to Teignmouth, home to a bustling harbour, elegant promenade and Victorian pier boasting fine views across the bay.

Riviera Steam & Sail - Take your seat aboard the Dartmouth Steam Railway for a scenic journey along the sweeping coast from Paignton to Kingswear. We then cross the river into Dartmouth and join a tranquil cruise along the River Dart. Sit back, relax and unwind as we journey past stunning unfolding landscapes.

Powderham Castle - This new excursion takes us to Powderham Castle, with its beautiful grounds and gardens. During a private guided tour can discover the history of Powderham Castle and the Courtenay family and learn about all the hidden secrets behind the walls of the Castle.
