German Christmas Markets P&O Mini Cruise

Don’t miss our hugely popular, festive mini cruise and discover some of Germany’s wonderful, fairy-tale Christmas markets. Picture authentic wooden stalls beautifully lit up with fairy lights and the aroma of Gluhwein wafting through the air… an unforgettable festive experience!

Our Accomodation:

P&O Overnight Ferry

Our ship offers a variety of activities and entertainment whilst we sail to Europe. With three different bars, a casino, arcade room and cinema, there is plenty to do during your time on board. Lower berth, en-suite cabins are included.

The Hotel Pistono, Deiblich

Our traditional, family run hotel is ideally located for our itinerary and is surrounded by vineyards, including its own! Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, bar, beer garden and leisure facilities including a sauna and swimming pool. All bedrooms are en-suite and feature hairdryer, telephone and TV. The hotel has a lift.

Holiday Inclusions:

Day one takes us to Hull for our overnight crossing to Rotterdam with cabin, dinner and breakfast included.

Cologne

Cologne - En-route to our hotel we can explore Cologne's authentic Christmas markets, located in and around the shadow of the beautiful Cathedral. We then proceed to Deiblich in time for dinner.

Bernkastel Kues & Cochem - We first visit Bernkastel Christmas market to explore the town's narrow streets, quaint shops, cafés and restaurants. We then continue to Cochem, enriched with dozens of festive wooden stalls and delicious, locally-produced Gluhwein!

Valkenburg

Valkenburg - En-route back to the port, we call at the delightful town of Valkenburg. Its unique Christmas Market is in beautifully lit old quarries and caves underneath the town! Again, you can enjoy dinner and entertainment as we sail home back to the UK tonight and return to the North West tomorrow.
